Every time I make vegetable stock, I wonder why I ever bother buying it in the store. It’s so easy!  Chop up some vegetables, cover with water, and simmer. Done. I love the simplicity of a really good caesar salad. What I don’t like is the fact that most caesar salad dressings have raw eggs and anchovies in them.
